I’m working on: G Suite, Google Cloud, Big Query, Google Data studio, Python, Google APIs.

What I'm doing now:

• Technical consultation and deployment of G Suite - Helping customers Go live with Google.
• Data analysis and building Data studio reports with Big Query for Awesome Gapps products.
• Developing G Suite administration tools with Python .

I worked on: Project management, Google Cloud, G Suite, App Bridge, Jive, Windows Active Directory, Python, Google APIs and Apps Scripts.

• Managing a 24x7 support team with multiple cloud products in the portfolio focusing primarily on G Suite. Customer relations, customer satisfaction, team skills development, process improvement, task automation and technical consulting are my responsibilities.
• I built and stabilized the operations of the support team. Increased the CSAT index to 95%. Expanded the support portfolio to include six products by early 2017 from one.
• Reduced the man-hours spent on product / service reporting through automation and Google Cloud.
• Was awarded the best project manager in the year 2016.

I worked on: Team management, G Suite, Apps Script & Zen Desk.

• Joined as a level 2 support and deployment engineer and laddered up to support team manager role within a year. My primary responsibility there was to build and manage a concrete 24x7 support team.
• Being a startup, I had to undertake duties of support team manager, level 2 support engineer, Apps Scripts developer and deputy office manager. Learned to control the adrenaline rush.
• I got an exposure to work and interact with international clients, global deployment team and large enterprise customers. Helped me to understand culture and etiquettes.

I worked on: G Suite, InstaCompute (IaaS).

• Deployed G Suite for small and medium enterprise Indian customers. G Suite deployment, administrator training and change management were my duties. Worked on 10+ deployments.
• Conducted over 30 WebEx training sessions on G Suite and 5 onsite user trainings for our customers.
